An Ordinary Place
Saturday, 18 January 2014 from 14:00 to 16:00 (GMT)
IMMA, meeting point: the courtyard, by the entrance to the ground floor gallery
In an exciting new initiative IMMA has invited the Irish Architecture Foundation (IAF) to take over a gallery space during the Eileen Gray exhibition. This event is one of the IAF’s activities in the space. Lisa Cassidy (Writer & Blogger IRL) will deliver walking tours starting in the IMMA courtyard that will consider the architecture of everyday life in the immediate surroundings of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, threading between the literal present and other points in time and space.
