FAQs

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The venue has an agreement with Fleet St. car park and the IFSC. Parking costs €10 per day, which is validated at Reception in Chartered Accountants House. THe venue is also very close to Pearse Street train station.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

A substitute attendee may be sent at any time for no additional charge

What is the refund policy?

Cancellations must be received in writing, by fax or letter, no later than 14 days prior to the event for a refund (less an administration charge of 25% plus VAT). Regrettably, no refunds can be made after that date.
