This is an annual charity cycle that takes place on Saturday of the May Bank Holiday Weekend. This cycle is becoming one of the most popular fundraising events in the west of Ireland in no small part due to the warm welcome cyclists receive from the local communities along the routes. All the money raised at this event goes directly to breast cancer research. This year the cycle will be led by the legendary Sean Kelly and the Taoiseach Enda Kenny.
The cycle comprises of three distances: 51km, 108km and 145km. These routes will take the cyclists through the magnificent Mayo countryside.
There is no registration fee for this event but all cyclists are asked to raise a minimum of €100. Sponsorship cards will be issued on receipt of registration.
