Sourcing Intelligence was founded by an international human resources professional and a former government official with a background in immigration and skills attraction. Our mission is to provide fixed cost project-based skills sourcing solutions that deliver a greater return on investment than traditional fee-per-placement recruitment. We specialise in a single component of the recruitment cycle: sourcing. In doing this, we identify, screen and deliver international candidates, leaving you to focus on recruitment.
We work with employers experiencing domestic skill shortages and governments’ planning for growth. We source international candidates using a collaborative, cost-effective and targeted partnership approach that includes delivering: overseas labour market intelligence, high-impact candidate attraction strategies and worldwide candidate engagement support. We enable our clients to achieve their goals and enhance their competitiveness by using this viable alternative to traditional overseas recruitment methods.
Our global reach includes offices in Europe, the Americas and in the Asia Pacific region, and allows us to constantly monitor international labour markets, identify trends and predict future skill shortages or areas of over-supply. Our understanding of international recruitment, including the impact of immigration policy and skills compatibility on talent mobility, informs our work with both our private sector and government clients.
Sourcing Intelligence was established in 2014 and is the new name for SGMC International. Since 2005, we have assisted governments with large-scale skills attraction campaigns and employers of all sizes to overcome skill shortages. We work across all industries but specialise in health, engineering, technology and construction sectors.
