I have been helping people overcome narcissistic abuse for many years. It started with a blog I wrote a few years ago, and eventually I started to give local presentations on the subject and was approached for private therapy.

I have since set up my own coaching practice and created a wellbeing programme specifically for victims of narcissistic abuse.

This workshop will give you heaps of support; information; and best of all group validation to prove to yourself - you did nothing wrong and why you can never ever get drawn back into the drama created by narcissists only to be repeatedly emotionally (and sometimes physically) abused.
