Our customers expect us to operate to the highest technical standards, but also in a fair and transparent manner. Our priorities for 2016 include implementing ISO 9001, fully integrating the website with HubSpot/ SalesForce/ MailChimp/Magento, fundraising for the Irish Guide Dogs event, ‘To Hell and Back’, and opening the Applications and Research and development Laboratory. Our priorities for the next three years include implementing an Environmental Management System (ISO14001 or similar), assessing new products for manufacture using Life Cycle Analysis techniques, using a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis when purchasing new equipment and fleet cars, continually striving for excellence and targeting key awards to validate our business excellence, applying for the Excellence Through People award, and providing further employment by increasing the workforce to 20 people by 2019.
