Submit a refund request

Event organisers set their own refund policies and are responsible for operating in accordance with Eventbrite's Organiser Refund Policy.

If an event was cancelled, and you've contacted the organiser for a refund, but they declined or didn't respond, use this form to let us know.

You may be eligible for a refund if you're submitting your request within 45 days of the event being cancelled (not postponed or rescheduled).
