This Is What It’s Like To Run A 100-Mile Endurance Race In One Day
How far can you run?
Some people find it tough to run a mile, while others, after months of hard training, can stretch to a full marathon (26.2 miles).
Then there are ultra runners like Paul Ali, who can somehow muster up the energy and willpower to run a 100 mile endurance race in a day!
Earlier this year, Paul took part in the Eventbrite North Downs Way, one of Centurion Running’s regular 100-mile races.
He agreed to strap a Go-Pro to himself and film the entire 100 mile endurance race, including running through the remnants of Hurricane Bertha (as if the distance weren’t hard enough already).
Now you can see what it’s like to run 100 miles – in under 7 minutes. (We recommend you take a seat first as you might be exhausted just by watching!)
