Future-Proofing Your Music Events, in Association with BBC Music Introducing Live

In November 2019, Eventbrite hosted a stage at BBC Music Introducing Live. Along with emerging musicians and bands, our stage gave a platform to independent event creators and music promoters shaping event culture in the UK and beyond – from Days Like This, to Bam Bam Boogie and Oval Space. Each speaker gave the audience – mostly young people looking to break into the music industry – unique insight into what it takes to create a successful music event, while also sharing their thoughts on how the industry is likely to develop over the next decade.

This guide is a distillation of the tips, advice and insights shared over the three days of the BBC event, covering themes like sustainability, diversity, community and trends.
