Why have two mobile apps when you can have one that has it all?! That’s the question we asked ourselves before launching our latest iOS update of Eventbrite for mobile (Android is coming very soon!).
Introducing Entry Manager’s powerful check-in functionality, plus additional useful stats to stay on top of the events you manage, all in Eventbrite for mobile’s iOS v3.5 update—for those busy event organisers who manage events and love attending them, too!
How it works
Once you log in to your Eventbrite account on the My Tickets tab, a new tab will appear in the app: My Events, where you’ll see the events you’re managing and their sales status.
Stay on top of your sales
Ever wonder how many tickets you’ve sold for your event in the past hour? Day? Week? Month? Of course you have. Now you can see this info at a glance in your My Events’ Dashboard in the app.
The dashboard’s interface is slick, and it’s easy to get addicted to checking your sales every hour after you send your invitations, or waking up in the middle of the night to see who’s coming to your event. Don’t say we didn’t warn you!
Check in your guests
Just like the Entry Manager app, you can use the Eventbrite app to look up and check in attendees off a list, so you can ditch that piece of paper with your guests’ names on it.
Scan tickets like a pro
You can also use the camera on your phone to scan ticket barcodes. It works for both paper tickets and mobile tickets. It’s ok to use multiple phones to check-in your guests because all check-ins are synced in real-time with your Eventbrite account to ensure you don’t let people use the same ticket twice.
Go ahead and update your Eventbrite app, or download it from the App Store to start managing your events today.
