Are you ready to reclaim your power, build resilience, and restore your inner balance? Join us for an empowering journey at Her Space Workshop, where we focus on your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our holistic approach combines self-defence

30-minute inclusive lessons for children and teens with ASD and/or Intellectual disabilities. The lessons will run once a week for six weeks on a Tuesday in Fettercairn Youth Horse Project. Children must be 6+ , under 13st in weight with a maximum height

These programmes are suitable for adults of different abilities. Select your class and time to sign up. Each individual 6 week programme costs €20pp, payable on the day of the first class.
