Catherine is an all-levels yoga, mindfulness, and meditation instructor with 500 hours of yoga teacher training. She has been teaching yoga, mindfulness, and meditation for 5 years to students with multiple exceptionalities, to vulnerable populations at a shelter and community centre through a non-profit organization, and to the UofT community. She draws inspiration about teaching yoga from her 19+ years of experience in K-to-12 education. She is a lifelong learner and continues to integrate into her yoga classes learning about holistic healing from her graduate studies in counselling and expressive arts therapy. Her interests include being a dog and cat mom, nature, spirituality, travel, acting, improv, live music, dancing, writing, and art-making!In her other lives as a teacher, a writer, and an editor, she has enjoyed helping others to think critically and holistically; to speak and write with authenticity, clarity, and confidence; and to discover and celebrate their strengths.Classes are free!
