Enabling Networks for Innovation
Networks in this context are “groups of people that focus on action around an initiative”. Networks frequently have no fixed hierarchy or structure, and can have a different dynamic to a project or a team.Enabling innovation in these networks requires an understanding of how such networks operate and ways in which they can be supported. If you are trying to develop any new initiatives with a group of people, or network or are involved in a specific (an example could be a European Innovation Project (EIP), or some group of people that your role requires you to work with to support an initiative) then this course is for you.
It is preferable that participants have at least 3 years experience, as this course draws from and builds on the knowledge and experience of its participants.
Course delivery uses highly interactive learning methods. Participants will explore methods of collaboration, network change processes, phases in the innovation process, role of network participants in supporting change, how networks interact, changing behaviour, and ways to support innovation in networks.
Course fee: €300
