A 20-day nutrition and yoga based programme run by nutritional therapist and yoga instructor, Linda Hickey, from Primal Health.

If so, this 20-day programme to better health, combining nutrition and yoga is perfect for you.

What's involved?

1) When you sign up for this programme, you'll receive your 50 page e-book with full menu plans and recipes designed for you to follow for the 20 days. This book, written by nutritional therapists, is designed to help you -

  1. reset your metabolism
  2. burn fat more efficiently
  3. restore energy levels
  4. boost your immune system
  5. reduce stress levels and balance the autonomic nervous system

2) You'll also receive weekly coaching support from Linda, an experienced nutritional therapist and owner at www.primalhealth.ie, to help keep you motivated and on track with your goals. You'll also have access, should you wish, to Primal Health's private Facebook Group where you can ask questions and pick up lots of extra tips to help move your towards your goals.

3) You'll also have unlimited access for the 20-day period to two weekly yoga classes.

Yoga class A, is designed to help get you moving and burning fat, whilst yoga class B is designed to get you stretching and improving your balance and flexibility. Yoga Class B will be more relaxing, bringing you into a deeper state of peace.

BONUS - A guided yoga nidra that you can listen to each evening before bed to help you relax and unwind into a peaceful night's sleep.
