2022 Community Gardens Cycle
Event Information
About this event
Following the two year gap due to the pandemic, we are delighted that the Community Gardens Cycle (previously called Food Cycle) will be back during Dublin Cycling Campaign Week.
Date and Time: Saturday 21st May from 10:30am to 4:00pm
As in the past cyclists will have the option of two routes. All cyclists will meet in Mucky Lane Eco Garden, Collins Avenue, Donnycarney, Dublin 3 and enjoy some refreshments.
To celebrate Biodiversity Week, Aaron Foley, from Mucky Lane Eco Garden, will give a talk about "Rewilding for Biodiversity with Native Wildflowers and Herbs" and show many examples in Mucky Lane or in the close-by open space "The Piggery".
All are welcome to join at any point of the route, for as long as you like, or just for the talk.
