This learn to cycle programme is suitable for total beginners that would like to learn to cycle.

You need to have use of a bike and helmet which are in good working condition to participate in this programme. Please take the pedals off the bike before arriving to the first session as this is the best way to learn and bring the pedals with you to the session also. The sessions will take place in Gaelscoil Osraí, Kilkenny City. The session will run for 1 hour from 6:30-7:30pm.
