30 Days of exercises to deepen & strengthen your splits practice

About this Event

Sign up today to receive four weekly doses of exercises and stretches to help deepen your splits (four videos in total).

The challenge begins August 1st when you’ll receive your first video. I will send you a new video tutorial each week for the month of August, building up to deeper & stronger splits. At any point throughout the month you can send me questions and seek advice.

**This challenge is designed for those who are already quite active and have experience in mobility/flexibility training. No underlying injuries! As is the nature of online classes, your body is your own responsibility and I can only advise as best I can.

This is a 30 Day Challnge, videos will expire August 1st
