30 Minutes for 30 Days: Body & Mind

What’s involved? Sign up before November 30th and receive one new video every day for 30 Days. Each video will be around 30 minutes long and will tick all the boxes - a little strength training, stretching, and conclude in mindful reflection. I hope you will join me.
