Join Mental Health Ireland and celebrate Mental Health Week at our 5000 Steps to Wellbeing Walk and discover the Five Ways to Wellbeing

About this Event

We would love you and your family and friends to join us on our annual 5000 Ways to Wellbeing Walk to celebrate Mental Health Week.

In association with HealthyUCD, the walk covers a 4km route along the woodland walking path around the outskirts of the UCD campus.

The walk is child, scooter, dog and wheelchair friendly.

Walkers will learn about the Five Ways to Wellbeing before the walk and every walker will receive a t-shirt on the day too.

The meeting point is in the UCD Sports Centre at 2pm. It will be well signposted and we will have members of our staff there to help you!

Parking is available at a number of car parks in UCD with many local bus routes servicing the campus.

Everyone is invited to join us in some light refreshments after the walk in the Students Union where we will have leaflets and information about mental health and wellbeing.

All walking fees will go directly to fundraising to support Mental Health Ireland in our promotion of Positive Mental Health throughout Ireland.
