An effective, evidence based approach to cut weight safely and effectively with full accountability and support. Ideal for pre season!

About this Event

This 6 week program will incorporate evidence based protocols proven to achieve maximal weight loss results, without inducing health consequences. We will create a fully personalised nutrition program specifically for your body type, activity level and weight loss goals. We do not use regimental meal plans, as they simple don't work, instead we will provide you with meal builders, made up of food choices from each macro category along with portion sizes specific to your requirements - you simply pick foods from each category to create your meals, we also provide recipe eBooks to make it super simple.

This program is perfect for any athletes coming into pre season needing to reduce fat mass, or for those looking to ensure their performance is optimised for any big events coming up in august-october. It is also fully suited to those purely looking to lose weight for health reasons.

How it works;

You sign up and secure your tickets

You come along on the 13th July for a brief group talk and presentation discussing how the 6 weeks will be structured, and what you need to do to ensure you get the most out of it. You will also have your measurements taken.

You will recieve your personalised nutrition program (eBook) by 8pm on 15th July

You will follow the program and recieve weekly updates and check ins from the whatsapp group.

You will return for measurments at the midway point, these will be in 15 minute individual slots with our performance nutritionist, so you will have a chance to talk about how you're getting on and ask any questions you my have.

You will continue with the program for another 3 weeks

You will return on the 24th August for your final set of measurements.
