Event description

Description

This six week course is designed for those who are either new to Yoga or would like to return to it after a break.

Learn the physical postures (Asanas), breathing techniques (Pranayama) and some midful meditation techniques.

Movement and working with the body will stimulate the flow of energy and will help open up restricted spaces in the body. Using various techniques from Hatha Yoga, mindful movement and Yin Yoga we will work on finding more ease in the joints as well as stability through the body. Every session ends with a prolonged guided relaxation.

Small class size of maximum 12 participants.

Thursday MORNININGS 7.30-8.30am

Sept 6th, Sept 13th, Sept 20th, Sept 27th, Oct 4th, Oct 11th

After the six weeks class will contiune as a regular weekly class (with a minimum number of 6 participants).
