About this event

What to expect

We will start with a 5 to 7 minute warm up, a 20minute mix of bodyweight, core & cardio exercises and a 5 to 7 minute cool down stretch. You have the option of bringing weights with you. Perhaps you have a set of dumb bells at home, or perhaps you have an old bottle of water that you have filled with sand. Weights aren't necessary, but they can be a nice addition to your workout.

All levels are catered for, so the low impact version and the high impact version will be demonstrated. Go at your level, but remember if it doesn't challenge you, it wont change you.

You don't particularly need a mat, but I strongly encourage a towel, which can be very useful in the exercises on your knees, and the stretches. I also encourage water and a small towel, especially if you consider giving it socks. :-)

You have your exercise complete by either 6:45am or 7:45am and will feel energised for the day.


By registering, you agree to all the terms and conditions below. You don't need to print your ticket, but you must check in with me before your first class. For that reason, please arrive a few minutes early.

I hope it's ok, but I may take some photos to promote the next 4 week block.

  • have a heart condition
  • have had chest pain in the past month
  • lose consciousness or lose your balance because of dizziness
  • have a joint or bone problem that may be made worse by a change in your physical activity
  • are currently taking medications for your blood pressure or heart condition
  • are pregnant
  • know of any other reason you should not exercise or increase your physical activity

By attending the sessions, you agree that you meet none of the criteria above, and if you do, you confirm that you have had clearance from your doctor before taking part.

By attending the sessions, you confirm your understanding and acceptance that

  • You choose to take part in the sessions at your own risk.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are fit and able to take part.
