About this Event

The emphasis is on creating a sense of steadiness and ease by listening to your body, whether its moving from one yoga pose to another, holding a yoga pose or practising breathing techniques. The general hatha yoga classes are suitable for most levels. My style of teaching is slow and gentle but can be strong and deep too. If you are a beginner or if you have injuries, I would recommend you start with a gentle yoga class.
