The delicious and healthy menu we have in store for Week 3 is :
- Sesame crackers and courgette pickle

- Jewelled rice with a courgette baba ganoush
- and for dessert; Courgette curd with courgette biscotti
DEEPLY OBVIOUS RULES OF LUNCH
There is a communal table with benches to seat 30 diners in relative physical comfort if slight personal though probably rewarding discomfort.
*All food and table ware will be set on the table at 1pm exactly. It is advisable to have already checked in and retrieved your cushion by this time.
Diners will be expected to organise how they set, serve and eat their lunch as a communal activity
We suggest you first lay the table, each setting would have a bowl, a cup, a spoon and a pair of chop sticks.
*Each group of 10 diners is designed to be served from a single bowl
You might ask one person to do the serving or pass the bowls or simply fall upon it.
*There are 3 courses which will be delivered in turn to your table at 20 minute intervals
*At 2pm exactly all the tableware will be collected – if it was neatly stacked as you found it people collecting it will feel warm towards you, if it is not, they may not.
*Following the lunch there is a free cooking demonstration in the that will show you how each course was made.
