About this event
Learn how to cultivate mindful acceptance in our own life in this workshop by by Padraig O'Morain, author of Kindfulness and of other books on mindfulness published in many countries and languages.
The event is at 6.30pm Ireland/UK time on 30th June.
In this one-hour event, I will lead you through some exercises to help you cultivate this quality, and will explain what acceptrance is and how it can help you. I will also point you towards free resources you can use to help you practise.
You will receive notes after the event to help you to practise what you have learned in the hour. I will also send a link to an edited video of the event (which won't identify anybody except myself).
Acceptance of reality can bring peace and can free up energy for what we need to do. It can also improve long term relationships. It is a valuable aspect of mindfulness and a very helpful practice in our sometimes challenging lives.
This hour could be a very important one in your life. .
