Join me for an hour of accessible yoga sequences that will help you to feel yourself more clearly and more subtly, and to elicit compassion for yourself and for the entire experience of the species, and indeed of the planet, since we are entirely interconnected. This practice will have all the health benefits of physical stretching and strengthening exercise but with the huge advantage of helping you to develop a practice of awareness of and attunement to compassion. Compassion is the human aspect of the cooperative principle. Nothing can survive without cooperation outweighing competition, and this is what we must learn now. It will include a brief relaxation in savasana, which is a liminal state and offers huge relaxation benefits as well as developing attunement so love can do what needs to be done.
