Relax, Socialise, and Create at our Acrylics Workshop for Beginners in our well equipped Drumshanbo studios. This is a 12 hour workshop over 2 Saturdays in July.
Experienced Artist and Tutor Peter McSweeney will guide you through the workshop, helping and encouraging you to develop your own interests and style.
Day 1: Use of Colour, Composition, and Still Life. Pet Portraits in Acrylics: Initial Drawing, painting the background, and working in layers. Face and Eyes, Highlights: Fur and Hair.
Day 2: Winter Landscape in Acrylics, Aerial Perspective, Underpainting and initial sketch, Sky, Background, Foreground and Highlights.
