Introductory session to Mayo Food and Drinks producers with a view to participating in a funded 12 week Management Development Programme.

About this event

On successful completion of this workshop, participants will have gained a basic introduction to Lean and Sustainable development principles and how it will help to adapt their business for future opportunities and challenges.

In the autumn there will be an opportunity to join a 12 week programme which will allow the participant to engage with the content of the training through implementation and actively applying learning within the business.
