Do you find it challenging to get started, struggle to stay focused and wish you were able to get something completed?

About this Event

Do you have a never-ending to do list or a task you need to complete, against a deadline?

This productivity group is facilitated by a trained professional and follows a structured plan with specific time slots and allows for peer to peer support.

The session will last for 90 minutes and consists of three 25-minute work periods. Between each period there will be a 5-minute break during which participants can discuss challenges, share wins and support each other to develop methods to help them to become unstuck.

The session will begin with a short-guided meditation to ground ourselves.

Participants will be invited to state the goal they have set for themselves in the chat box and Claire will manage the time.

During the work periods, all participants will be muted, however Claire will be available through the private chat box to provide any support needed.

If participants finish early, they can return to the screen if they like and if you need more time for the task, it can be carried on into the next working period.

Participants can utilise the time to work on a task of their choice, or perhaps 1 different task for each time slot.

You are invited to attend as many sessions as you want, and you are also invited to re-create the method yourself.

The group will run once a week, and will be free of charge until August 2020.

After that, the cost for the session will be €5.

If you have any queries ahead of the session, please do not hesitate to reach out by emailing

Claire is currently training to be an ADHD Coach with the ADD Coach Academy. She is an ICF certified Life Coach and has a postgraduate certificate in Mental Health Promotion. Claire has a background in working with children, young people and families supporting them to achieve sustainable change.

Claire received her own diagnosis of ADHD in 2015, has first-hand experience of learning how to manage ADHD qualities to improve one’s life and has a deep understanding of the impact of late diagnosis.
