Event description
Do you find it challenging to get started, struggle to stay focused and have a long list of incomplete tasks? Then this group is for you.

About this event

The aim of these group sessions is to provide you with accountability and support you to stay focused and get some work done. We come together on zoom and each participant carries out their own tasks while sharing the screen with other neurodivergents. The session will last for 1.5 hours and is structured around the Pomodoro Technique developed by Francesco Cirillo which consists of three 25 minute working periods and a break between. Participants can remain anonymous if they would prefer. We use the chat box to share our tasks and update on progress. People can unmute themselves during the break if they wish.

There will be two sessions every Monday

MORNING Focus Session 10am to 11.30 am and

EVENING Focus Session 8pm to 9.30pm
