If you have just lost a job, are currently looking for a job or are struggling to keep the one you have, this workshop is for you!

About this event

Whether you have just lost a job, are currently looking for a job, want to change the one you have or are struggling to keep the one you have, this course will enable you to gain confidence around your ADHD, ease your challenges and focus on your strengths with the aim of improving your experiences and outcomes in the workplace.

Course is facilitated by a professional coach but you will also benefit from peer to peer support.

Course Breakdown

1. Define: Know your ADHD and improve your confidence.

2. Decode: Manage challenges and learn how to work around them.

3. Discover: Discover and utilise your strengths.

4. Disclose: Informing and educating your colleagues and managers.

5. Demand: Asking for support and accommodations.

6. Discharge: Take action, show the world who you are.

Claire Twomey - Course development & facilitator -

Claire is a Professional Coach specialising in Neurodiversity. Her coaching career began with Coaching Development Ltd, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited course. She has also completed the education modules in ADHD coach specific training with the ADD Coaching Academy based in New York and is soon starting the professional advanced course.

Using a combination of therapeutic approaches, spiritual practices and coaching skills, she works with children and adults, empowering clients with ADHD, Anxiety and ASD.

Claire also facilitates Focus Sessions bringing the neurodiverse community together twice a week to beat procrastination and increase productivity.

She is motivated by empowering neurodivergents to transform their own lives, experience fulfilment and create better outcomes.

Having been diagnosed with ADHD herself in 2015, her own coaching experience began as a client and the entire journey has been transformational. Claire feels that this enables her to meet clients with great empathy and understanding as she has already walked the path before them.

​Claire also has an array of training and practical experiences in various methods which she uses to inform her practice and these methods are integrated at every opportunity.
