ADHD Ireland Women's MORNING Online Support Group

Are you a woman identifying with the ADHD traits or diagnosed as ADHD?

Come join our ADHD Women's specific morning online support group where we have created a safe and secure space for participants to discuss challenges relevant to women and uncover strengths.

The space was created to bring like-MINDed women together so that they know they are not alone in what they are experiencing.

Various topics will be discussed in each session as the conversation is led by the group.

You can ask questions, discover resources to support you, and learn from others sharing their experiences.

Please register by purchasing the free ticket as soon as you can, all you need is a computer with a camera.

This group requires participants to have their cameras on.

Further instructions and a link to the Zoom meeting will be emailed to you ahead of the meeting.

NOTE: Only register to attend if you are certain you can attend on the night as places are limited and fill up quickly.

If you book a space and do not attend, you are preventing someone else from participating.
