In this webinar we will focus on the vital issues of socialisation skills for children and young persons with traits of ADHD. ODD and CD through developing effective Rapport, Relationships and Resilience for children and young persons.
We will consider a range of techniques in terms effective communication in supporting and sustaining positive outcomes as well as of issues of peer to peer interaction, sibling rivalry and also looking at transition and developing Resilience for the journey ahead.
This webinar is presented by Fintan O’Regan, BSc, PGCE, MA
Fintan was the Head teacher of the Centre Academy from 1996 -2002, which was the first specialist school in the UK for students between the ages of 7-19 specialising issues related to ADHD, ASD and ODD.
He is an associate lecturer for Leicester University, the National Association of Special Needs, the Institute of Education, the Helen Arkell Dyslexia Centre and the former Vice Chairman of the UK ADHD Network and of the European ADHD Alliance.
He has written a number of books and published articles on the subject of ADHD, ODD and a range of Learning, Behaviour and Socialisation issues.
