As organisations strive for growth, understanding the significance of wellbeing from a business strategic perspective has become imperative. Wellbeing means more than just being physically healthy, It means engaged employees, a positive corporate culture, work-life harmonization, and more. It should also seek to address employee’s need for purpose and connections in addition to their emotional, financial and physical health.
Wellbeing is a critically important new focus area for HR and business in general. In recognition of this, Gavdi are pleased to host a seminar in conjunction with SAP SuccessFactors on the topic of “Adopting and Instilling a Holistic Approach to Wellbeing”.


As part of the seminar, we are delighted to have joined forces with Stuart Chalmers, HR Manager and Ethan Kelly-Wilson, Senior HR & Systems Manager from Epson Europe BV for what should prove to be an insightful event. During the course of the session, Stuart will provide valuable insights into the culture of wellbeing at Epson Europe BV, exploring their holistic approach of developing an “Intentional wellbeing culture” using the four pillars of wellbeing, sharing how their strategy has matured and evolved and how they practically realised their vision. The event will provide plenty of opportunity for group discussion, questions and committing to personal action.

Every company has its own unique journey towards transforming its organization, technology, and culture. In conjunction with their approach to employee wellbeing, Ethan will also outline to attendees, his unique experience in regards to the HR transformation programme taking place at Epson, covering both external and internal drivers for transformation alongside the value it has generated to-date.

Alongside this, our bespoke event will also provide attendees with valuable insights into how SAP software can enable a workplace to fully supports its employees, increase productivity, creativity and employee engagement.
