Agility & Adaptability: Getting Fit for the Future
Event Information
Description
We live in a connected but unstable world. There are no certainties except increased risk and the need to change. Organisations must learn to rapidly change and adapt if they are to survive and thrive in this new complex, risk-laden business environment.
Strategic plans are often obsolete by the time they are approved. Organisations and individuals need an ability to see through the chaos and learn how embrace change as a competitive advantage.
Our future is uncertain, and we are only as good as the skills we possess. The Fourth Industrial Revolution will erode the skills that are most valued in organisations today. Some jobs will disappear, others will grow and jobs that don’t even exist today will become commonplace. What is certain is that the future workforce will need to align its skillset to keep pace.
John will present how organisations and individuals with an Agile mindset are more prepared to respond to risk and capitalise quickly on new opportunities and initiatives.
Refreshments served from 5:30pm and also after the event at 7:30pm
