A six week online course to create a practice; a practice of connecting, building & strengthening your bodily knowledge & awareness.

About this Event

Join Treasa for these online sessions from the comfort of your own home. She will guide you through a combination of breath work (calming the physical state and sending your body into the resting, healing nervous state) and guides you with positive affirmations to train your mind.

In light of COVID19, many of us are still not feeling ready to return to in-person hands-on one to one care with our body-work practitioner. These set of meditative sessions help you connect with your body and harness the inner power of healing within us all.

The sensation of discomfort/pain can be difficult to manage and bring mindfulness into. The focus here is exclusively on the breathe, body and spine, designed to work with those that are experiencing aches/discomfort in their low back, mid back or neck.

As Treasa guides you through this session you can start to build a stronger connection with your body, creating awareness of the many sensations within your unique body.

Our bodies serve as living metaphors for how we are living our life. If we take time to listen, build awareness and acknowledge our unique body, we can gain great insight and begin building the road to recovery. Tapping into a deeper layers of your body and breathe; a place where we hold deep peace and equanimity.

"Align and Connect: Breathe, Body and Spine" is designed as a six week course to create a practice; a practice of connecting, building and strengthening your knowledge and bodily awareness. As you practice tapping into this space you can eventually live and function from a place of increased awareness and calm, even amoungst pain and tension.

These sessions are useful for those experiencing chronic and consistent aches/discomfort/pain. Anywhere on the pains scale from 1-10 and for an extended period of time that is causing distress.

About the facilitator:

Treasa is a fully qualified chiropractor now practicing as a osteomyologist, bringing in a broader set of skills to her support of her clients. She has also developed a deep passion for traditional medicines and in particular sound therapy. This event brings together a blend of her expertise in the body, breathe and mind.

Tickets are available online. To secure your place pre-booking is recommended.

This is an online event using ZOOM. The ZOOM link will be sent to you 1 day before and also one hour before the event.

If you are unemployed, a full-time student, an OAP or been affected financially by the COVID19 pandemic please contact Treasa directly as she has a limited amount of reduced cost tickets.
