Q. Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, if you cannot make it on the day we will facilitate and accept the transfer of tickets.

Q. Can I cancel my ticket or get a refund?

All tickets are non-refundable. However, in the event of a cancellation due to Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the event will be rescheduled and your ticket is fully transferrable. Simply contact us with your name and the information for your replacement attendee.

Q. Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can update your registration information by logging into your Tito account. Please make changes no later than 48 hours prior to the event, any changes made after this period will not be reflected on the Attendee Badges.

Q. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, please print off your ticket and bring it with you on the day to gain entry.

Q. The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes, we will accept a different name on the ticket. Please bear in mind that if we are not informed of a change in name, we will not have a printed name tag for the new attendee on the day.
