A chance to reconnect back to yourself through the beautifully simple but profoundly healing practices of Sound Therapy & Yin Yoga.
In the dimly lit space, with the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum & more, we will move gently through yin poses (yin - a slower, softer, more meditative practice than traditional yoga). Slowing down our body, bringing ease to our breath, calming our mind and caring deeply for our heart.
Ending with pure silence & stillness.
