About this event
Before taking a 7 year break from the music scene, Polly released 2 studio albums, Mr. Bookshop in 2011 and Probably Me in 2014. She toured Ireland and the UK extensively, including playing support for Agnes Obel, Julie Felix, Roddy Woomble and Cara Luft.
Now, back on the scene, Polly returns with a stunning EP, Dark Garden. The first track to be released in 2021, Thinking About You, reinstated Polly as the Jewel of Irish Folk-pop. It was included on the RTE Radio 1 Recommends Playlist and chosen to feature in a Discover Ireland campaign for West Cork. Polly continues to write and record new music from her home on the Mizen Peninsula in Ireland.
We are delighted to welcome Polly to Maureen's for an intimate performance. Space is limited with 20 tickets available. Doors at half seven.
