During this hour you will experience the power of positive reminiscing and guided to plan meaningful and achievable goals for 2022.

About this event

All proceeds from this event will be donated to, an Irish based charity that helps older people who live on their own to stay connected to combat loneliness and isolation. Please consider to give as much as you can at checkout. Thank you!

At the end of the hour you will have:

  • learned something new about yourself
  • a sense of achievement and pride for your wins in 2021
  • an idea what goals you want to set for yourself in 2022
  • a few initial action steps to take in January

And you will feel a positive energy to get started!

The workshop is designed to allow you individual reflective work during the session. Active interaction with others is not required, you can work away in your own time or decide to engage and share with others in the chat.
