Welcome to our first food and wine pairing evening of the year which is part of The Montenotte Culinary Series. You will enjoy a 5-course celebration dinner paired with 5 of our magnificent wines from our new wine list, paired to perfection. This will be a stylish evening with insights and perspectives from our Senior Head Chef Eoin O’ Connor and Tindal’s Master Sommelier.

Champagne Reception on arrival from 6.30pm. Wine forum in the Cameo Cinema at 7.00pm as you enjoy some seasonal canapes where we will be joined by Juan Carlos Castro and Alejandra Henríquez from TerraMater Wines.
