We are delighted our October event will be hosted by DAA at Dublin Airport. This interactive event will showcase the unique and diverse set of analytics challenges that the airport environment presents and how DAA is using data & analytics as a strategic enabler to improve the passenger experience across all aspects of the passenger journey.

This event also includes 5 interactive breakout areas where our subject matter experts will share how analytics is used at every stage of the passenger journey. This will provide an insight into the business challenges, how data is unlocking new insights and the technology used to provide solutions to these challenges.

1. Planning - How analytics is used in the long, medium and short term planning at Dublin airport. This includes simulation/scenario modelling and the use of data science to develop passenger forecasts.
2. Booking – Focus on our travel services (car parking, lounges and fast track) and how yield management & customer analytics is used to drive commercial performance.
3. Check In & Security – How real-time time data is used in operations and security to manage our key passenger touchpoints and to drive continuous improvements.
4. Retail – Insight into our international travel retail business and how we have used cloud infrastructure to create a consolidated global view.
