Irish musician ADT is taking his new single, ‘From The Eastern Shore’, to the coasts of Ireland

in a series of performances at six iconic lighthouses over the summer months. The tour,

dubbed The Little Lighthouse Tour, kicks off in June for a two-month run.

June 18 th – 4.30pm – Valentia Island – as part of ARK Storytelling Festival

Growing up in the shadow of Galley Head Lighthouse in West Cork, ADT has always had a

profound love and admiration for these structures. With the support of Great Lighthouses of

Ireland and Irish Lights, ADT will be raising funds and awareness for the RNLI during his

performances.

ADT is a member of Irish band   LOWmountain  and an honorary member of the legendary

Interference. His debut solo album, Volume I, was recorded remotely in his cabin in his

garden and produced by multi-instrumentalist Justin Grounds . The second album, which

Alan and Justin are working on together, will be released at this year's Clonakilty

International Guitar Festival in September.

In addition to his music career, ADT works as a graphic designer and dabbles in film-making

and photography. He lives in Carrigaline, Co. Cork with his wife Catherine and three

daughters – Ada Rose, Evie May and Eliza Jean.

ADT flexes between the sadness and delight of everyday life. He paints the darkness with

atmospheric soundscapes and simple words. Heavily influenced by the Atlantic Ocean, the

West Cork landscape and his family, he has a minor obsession with lighthouses.
