About this event
Grounding and energizing practical session in the gardens, using plant oils and natural materials that offer creativity and stability
- In Part 1: We will work specifically with grounding oils such as geranium, cedarwood, frankincense and cinnamon.
This event will include:
- Introduction to aromatherapy and plant medicine
- Journal reflections using a selection of grounding plant oils
- Take away: Make your own take away therapeutic grounding aromatherapy plant salts that can be used for inhalation, foot and bath soaks and body scrubs and massage
- Mind and body activities that focus on application of essential plant oils that enable grounding and stability
- Refreshments: Herbal teas made from the gardens/enriching cacoa drink and plant-based treats
