About this event
Practical session in the gardens, using plant oils that stimulate and activate flow in your life goals
- In Part 2: We will work specifically with oils that help you flow and glow: such as rose, rosemary, lavender and citronella.
This event will include:
- Introduction to aromatherapy and plant medicine
- Journal reflections using a selection of plant oils that support flow
- Take away: Make your own take away flow blend of therapeutic aromatherapy plant salts that can be used for inhalation, foot and bath soaks and body scrubs and massage
- Mind and body activities that focus on application of essential plant oils that invigorate flow
- Refreshments: Herbal teas made from the gardens/enriching cacoa drink and plant-based treats
