About this event
Practical session in the gardens, using plant oils and natural materials that open up creative possibilities
- In Part 3: We will work specifically with stimulating oils such as orange, lemon, peppermint, and eucalyptus.
This event will include:
- Introduction to aromatherapy and plant medicine
- Journal reflections using a selection of plant oils that stimulate creativity
- Take away: Make your own take away therapeutic aromatherapy plant salts that boost creativity - can be used for inhalation, foot and bath soaks and body scrubs and massage
- Mind and body activities that focus on application of essential plant oils that unearth creative processes
- Refreshments: Herbal teas made from the gardens/enriching cacoa drink and plant-based treats
