About this event
Donegal County Library Service is delighted to announce the launch of our ASD & Sensory Friendly Services.
Come join us in Twin Towns Community Library where Cathaoirleach Cllr Liam Blaney will be officially launching these important resources for the county. Library staff will be on hand to showcase the services and supports we have available within the Library service.
The supports include sensory calming kits, social stories and floor maps of libraries, a sensory wall in Buncrana & Twin Towns libraries, See & Learn/Numicon resources, and the availability of the TTRS (Touch Type Read Spell) programme.
Refreshments will be served.
