Is keeping weight off something you struggle with? Is it always the biggest factor that impacts your performance?

About this Event

This 12 week program will incorporate evidence based protocols to help you to keep weight off and prevent the all too common yo-yo effect of restricted diets that we see far too often. Our program combines both the practical side and the behavioural side of weight management. We will educate you on the science behind our weight loss techniques, we will teach you how to develop your own meal plans, how to fit weekly meal prep into an already hectic schedule and we will help you to become more comfortable with consistency, self-motivation and positive mindset techniques.

We will create a fully personalised nutrition program specifically for your body type, activity level and weight loss/maintainance goals. We do not use regimental meal plans, as they simple don't work, instead we will provide you with meal builders, made up of food choices from each macro category along with portion sizes specific to your requirements - you simply pick foods from each category to create your meals, we also provide recipe eBooks to make it super simple. The idea of this program is to ensure that you enjoy the meals you are eating, you have plenty of time to plan, prep and cook your meals (whatever your schedule) and that it becomes a lifestyle change that you will be happy with and actually prefer. This is the true secret to maintaining weight loss, it has to be easy, enjoyable and achievable.

How it works;

You sign up and secure your tickets

You come along on the 24th August for a brief group talk and presentation discussing how the 12 weeks will be structured, and what you need to do to ensure you get the most out of it. You will also have your measurements taken.

You will recieve your personalised nutrition program (eBook) by 9pm on 25th August.

You will follow the program and recieve weekly updates and check ins from the whatsapp group and emails.

At the midway, you will attend a workshop which will cover; meal prepping guidance, shopping list and menu plan creation, techniques for optimising consistency, motivation and minset.

You will also book in for a 1-1 20 minute consultation with our performance nutrionist at the 4 week and 8 week mark to discuss your progression and troubleshoot any issues you may be encountering.

You will return on the 16th november for your final set of measurements and a final talk.
