Aware Wellness Walks: Shankill to Rathmichael Wood

We’re delighted to continue with our public transport-friendly wellness walk series. Feel free to bring along friends or family - everyone is welcome!
These walks are for anyone living with depression, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed. They offer a simple, supportive way to connect with others and experience the healing effects of nature 🌳 Being outdoors and moving—even at a slow pace—can help lift your mood, ease stress, and support your mental wellbeing 🌟
This walk will be led by experienced DMP Volunteer Rangers and supported by Aware Volunteers.
Date: Saturday, the 20th of December at 10:00.
Length: 6km approx.
Walk Duration: 2 hours approx.
Degree of difficulty: Easy to moderate.
Bring: Sturdy footwear, rain jacket, warm clothes, drink and snack.
Meeting point: Outside Brady's Pub in Shankill at 09:45.

Note – no dogs allowed on this walk.
