B2B companies are increasingly understanding the need for implementing digital communication and sales channels. However, customers are not always directly converted on e-Commerce channels. Rather than that, the customer journey can be complex. In this workshop, the attendees share best practices on measuring the ROI of digital channels

The agenda gives different angles to the topic and features case studies from:
